Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to love your hair. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items that are:

* Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
* Requested within 3 days of delivery

Approved returns may be issued as a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof.

Please note:

* Shipping fees are non-refundable
* Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
* Items that have been used, altered, or removed from lace are not eligible.
